You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our within 2 days of receiving the item(s) for a full refund or exchange.

You can only make this return if we delivered a wrong/damaged item to you.

The product(s) must be unused – in original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same, new condition as when received.

Products purchased directly from iSplend Official Stop can be returned to our warehouse while products purchased from sellers on the marketplace can be returned to them directly. We will provide you with information about this process when a return request is made by you on the website/application for the specify order.

Note that we may not refund the shipping fee in some cases.

Please follow these steps below to return your order:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to your profile and click on Orders or use this link: My Orders.
  3. Click on the order you which to return to open it.
  4. Scroll down to find the Return button selecting the particular product(s) and quantity you wish to return.
  5. Select Return as topic and provide a return reason then "Submit a request" on this page.
  6. You will receive an automatic email from us with your return status and instructions.
  7. Do not return the product(s) to us/sellers until we approve your return request by updating your return request status to "Waiting for Package".
  8. If we cancel your return request, do not return the product(s).

Note: After 2 days of delivery or an order, the return button to make a return request will no longer be visible on the website/application.


How will I be refunded?

In the case where a customer request for a refund after returning at item, we will refund the customer with a voucher to make any other purchases on our website at their convenience but if we found it necessary, we may also refund directly to the originating account used in make the payment. Refund to bank account usually takes within 3-15 business days.

How do I exchange my order?

You will need to contact our customer care service to determine if the product is exchangeable as not all the products listed on our website can be exchange. However you can only exchange the size/colour of the product if you are not okay with the one you got.

Note that in the case of exchange when the product is in good condition, the customer will have to settle the delivery cost of sending the item back to us/seller and the delivery cost of we/seller sending the exchanged item back to the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return.

The product(s) must be sent back within 2 days of receiving it. However, it is not an issue if it is received at our warehouse after this period. It must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when it was received.

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 3-15 business days.
